7-day returns: Request within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition and packaging with tags attached, and include proof of purchase. Email apexessentials12@gmail.com with your order number and reason, then wait for approval and instructions; unrequested returns are not accepted. Contact us immediately for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We provide a prepaid label for our mistakes. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping is non-refundable.
